We want all of our products to exude a spirit of reliability.
We wish to cherish the important bond with society.
We hold each individual's work as an important display of self-expression.
Our mission is to improve societal satisfaction through our knowledgeable employees and ecologically friendly products. We strive as individuals working as a unit, with "Virtue at the Foundation of Our Business", a point which also is our motto.
One of the themes Fujinetsu has been working with has been of “Substantial Environmental Cost Reduction”.
By “Substantial”, we mean for environmental costs (the raw materials and machinery manufactured for construction) in addition to the materials consumed after completion during its useful life.
The reference metric we use is LCCO2 (Life Cycle CO2).
For example, a machine imported to Japan could have been manufactured at a factory in Thailand, using raw materials procured in Africa before finally being mounted on site to fulfill its useful life.
We want to adopt products with an efficient CO2 footprint during its entire life cycle.
We can accomplish environmental cost reduction by using interrelated methods such as material reduction, efficiently re-routing shipping, or through shorter construction time.
In addition, to reduce energy consumption after product completion is the one of the major challenges for the environmental costs.
We are making efforts in verifying day-to-day operations by setting a reduction goal of 1500t of LCCO2 from the final construction through initial design considerations.
We care for the environmental cost of all the products we are providing.
This is the commitment to the environment of Fujinestu Company.
Fujinetsu’s on-site maintenance department is unparalleled in the equipment industry. We believe that it is important to create products that our customers can be confident in. It is our social responsibility to produce reliable products.
Recently, many Japanese companies have moved their production bases overseas.
However, how many companies are considerate about where their products actually go?
Factories designated as overseas bases procure parts from overseas and some are reimported back to Japan, but most of the time, products are manufactured and sold close to the bases. Many companies utilize such a strategy.
It is difficult to define what it means to be a Japanese company in today’s world.
Practicing mutual understanding with foreign companies is important, and we also believe in cooperation between Japanese companies. It is part of our corporate culture to strive towards societal satisfaction, and we want to instil that belief in all of our workers overseas. We believe that it is very important to be punctual, protect workers, and spread our cultural sphere in order to create high-quality products.
